How long until floors are dry?
Tile dries quickly—usually within 1-2 hours. You can walk on floors immediately with clean socks or shoes, but we recommend waiting until completely dry before replacing furniture and rugs.
Can you really clean grout that's been dirty for years?
Yes! Our professional equipment and techniques can remove years—even decades—of embedded dirt. The results are often dramatic. However, some stains (like dye from colored liquids) may have permanently discolored grout.
Will cleaning damage my tile or grout?

How often should tile and grout be professionally cleaned?

How soon after cleaning can grout be sealed?
Grout must be completely dry before sealing—typically 24-48 hours depending on humidity. We can return to seal, or provide guidance if you prefer to seal yourself.
